What can cause a problem with the LCD?
Many times the problem with LCDs is just a connection problem. We have to verify that it is properly connected.
Even if after securing the LCD connection we still have a problem, we would have to check the continuity on the motherboard.
What could you do to find the problem?
At this point it would be best if there is continuity, otherwise it would be the motherboard and not the LCD that would need to be replaced.
Also check if there is continuity in the LCD and check the integrity of the connection cable between the LCD and the motherboard. This is to know what needs to be replaced.
This would be the whole procedure to perform at the technical level, what would follow would be to get the damaged components, remember to check your warranty date to see if you can order a replacement component directly with the store where you purchased the equipment.
